Working together, supporting and learning from each other
Within our INITIUM group, we use the strength of the companies to strengthen each other in growth. We believe that each of our employees can make an important contribution and this in turn promotes personal, as well as collective, growth. For this reason, we created the INTIUM Strategy Day and organise meetings on a regular basis.
On the one hand, meetings for our operational managers who exchange ideas and experiences in order to tackle specific topics together more efficiently.
On the other hand, meetings for our employees within the same branch. Think of those responsible for production, R&D, sustainability, purchasing, … who sit together, learn from each other and thus gain new insights.
Our last Strategy Day was a productive seminar for our operational managers full of inspiring visions leading to new perspectives. A source of knowledge to build on and face the future with a fresh outlook.
Twiggy Peeters, our proud HR manager, took this opportunity to present her book entitled ‘Leading without suffering’. In it you will find tips on how to manage the combination of a passionate leader and a well-filled family life in a healthy way.
Afterwards, we participated in the interactive workshop ‘Self-care & empowerment’ with Stefan Lameire of Business Markers. Growing makes us grow! When our people grow, so do our companies!
After a delicious lunch, Sven Nys followed with an inspiring keynote ‘Winners have a plan’. “Believe in your dream, believe in yourself. Share your passion with the right people. A strong team stands for a strong result,” said Nys.
Finally, the sporty daredevils among us braved the cycling track in the Velodrome Heusen-Zolder, ending with a snack & a drink as we enthusiastically looked back on a successful INITIUM Strategy Day!
