Depending on the situation INITIUM needs certain information from you in order to offer certain services. The information which INITIUM requests and by which we can identify you are called personal data.

This includes your CV, any cover letter and any comments made during the introductory meeting, as well as any evaluation forms processed.

We also collect and process data to comply with any legal obligations to which we are subject or to respect our legitimate interests within the limits of GDPR.
By entering into a contract with us or applying for a job, we will ask you to consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. This includes any update of your personal data.

Duration:
Your personal data will be kept as long as necessary. Personal data of clients/prospects or candidates/employees are kept as long as they are deemed relevant for the provision of our services or for the completion of an application.
