INITIUM has signed the VKW ‘Proud and Excellent Family Business’ charter. This commitment is closely aligned with who we are and how we view entrepreneurship.

As a family-owned holding company, we strongly believe in the power of family businesses: companies with a long-term vision, a strong sense of commitment and a clear sense of responsibility towards employees, customers and the next generation.

We also seek these same values in the companies in which we hold a stake. These are often family businesses that have been built up with passion over many years and where continuity is at least as important as further growth.

With INITIUM, we aim to build on this: respecting the company’s DNA and unique character, combined with the ambition and support needed to achieve sustainable further growth.

For us, signing the charter is therefore more than just a symbolic commitment. It reaffirms what INITIUM stands for: embedding strong entrepreneurship and continuing to build sustainable family businesses.

 [vc_separator wd_hide_on_desktop=”no” wd_hide_on_tablet=”no” wd_hide_on_mobile=”no”][vc_row_inner gap=”0px” content_placement=”middle” woodmart_css_id=”6ac6342e897dc” responsive_spacing=”eyJwYXJhbV90eXBlIjoid29vZG1hcnRfcmVzcG9uc2l2ZV9zcGFjaW5nIiwic2VsZWN0b3JfaWQiOiI2YWM2MzQyZTg5N2RjIiwic2hvcnRjb2RlIjoidmNfcm93X2lubmVyIiwiZGF0YSI6eyJ0YWJsZXQiOnt9LCJtb2JpbGUiOnt9fX0=” mobile_bg_img_hidden=”no” tablet_bg_img_hidden=”no” woodmart_parallax=”0″ woodmart_gradient_switch=”no” woodmart_box_shadow=”no” wd_z_index=”no” woodmart_disable_overflow=”0″ row_reverse_mobile=”0″ row_reverse_tablet=”0″][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″]
